How It Started

Spruce Creek Mushrooms was born from a deep curiosity about functional fungi and a frustration with wellness products that overpromise and underdeliver. As a founder based in Central Florida, I wanted to create something different: tinctures made with real intention, real ingredients, and a real commitment to quality — not just a label.
